2017 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival

The 2017 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival lived up to its full potential this past weekend.

Bonnaroo is by far the biggest music festival I have ever attended. At least a million people were there. There were three main stages along with other smaller stages. The variety of people and music was astounding. Anything from house to rap to bluegrass could be heard throughout the festival.

Different stages provided different vibes and energy levels. Some of the stages and artists were more relaxed while others were more intense. The “What” stage provided more mainstream acts such as The Weeknd and The Red Hot Chili Peppers. The “Other” stage provided EDM music like Vanic, Unlike Pluto, and San Holo. The “Which” stage played some alternative music and indie music like Cage the Elephant and Glass Animals. Other stages included the “This Tent”, the “That Tent”, the “Who” stage and the “Silent Disco” stage.

Bonnaroo knows how to party. People would be up at all hours of the day and night. Finding food wasn’t hard either. Any food you can think of you could find to buy. Of course, you could also pack food as well. Car camping was a nice experience. I was able to pitch a tent next to my car. Bonnaroo was an experience I will never forget. From the wide variety of people and music, Bonnaroo kept me on my toes.
