Boiler Room & Ray-Ban Add Snoop Dogg And More To Los Angeles Roller Disco
Sunny Los Angeles marks the next stop-off for our globetrotting Ray-Ban and Boiler Room collaboration. On August 20th 2015, we’ll be taking to our most unique setting yet – a 600-person capacity roller skate rink perched right in the centre of LA’s most vibrant area. Partygoers will be treated to a combo of coast-friendly jams – from West coast boogie and funk goodness then up ‘n’ out through East coast uptempo house and disco – we can’t wait to get the wheels in motion.
This Thursday, the world will watch eagerly as DJ Snoopadelic takes to the decks for his very special G-funk, boogie and hip hop BR debut. Dam-Funk is entrusted as a key player of totemic local label Stones Throw, with one of his five LPs a full-on collaboration with Snoop Dogg. It’ll be nothing short of sweet to see this keytar-wielding master in his own backyard come August 20th. Renowned artists like Nicky Siano and Danny Krivit sharing the stage as well
Beginning at 9:00 pm (PST) until 2:00 am (PST), a live stream of the proceedings will loop for 72 hours straight all around the world with sets available on demand the following week. Boiler Room events are always exclusive but you still have a chance to get into this one. The location for the event will only be granted to those who RSVP here, so be sure to get involved and put on your skates.
Watch the stream here on August 20th.
