Once a week we will begin to feature an EDM artist that has our attention not only because of their music but because of their hard work and dedication. This week, for our first feature we have chosen EDM artist AndroBit.
Andres Soto-Martinez a.k.a. AndroBit started making music at the age of 16. What started out as a hobby for him, later turned into a passion for music. He started out making Reggaeton under a different alias but then soon changed from that genre to Electronic Dance Music. With a style that is strongly influenced by film scores, his sound is unique in the dance world bringing a sort of natural element to it by using violins, brass and woodwinds in most of his productions.
AndroBit’s original songs such as Upscale and his soon to be released track Heroes he chooses to use symphonic melodies and heavy electro noises to truly define his particular sound. This combination is what best describes his music, Blending the two seamlessly to paint an epic picture in the mind of the listener. He has been producing music since the age of 15. He started his musical journey with Hip-Hop beats and then Reggaeton, which led him to meet a lot of other talented producers and artists within the genre. In 2012 he left that scene and decided to focus on electronic music. He is now receiving some attention from other artist within the electronic music community with a recently released official remix to Stache–Inside Us. The future looks promising for this young and skillful producer as he hopes to raise the bar and constantly break the rules of creativity.
