Global Dub Festival To Return To Red Rocks For The Sixth Year

Global Dub Festival, a touring branch off of Global Dance Festival, will return to Red Rocks for the sixth time on Saturday, May 20th. This year’s lineup will feature Flux Pavilion and Illenium as headliners. Supporting acts will include Crizzly, Spag Heddy, Wilkinson, Armnhmr, and Templo.

English DJ and producer Flux Pavilion is no stranger to Colorado, not even to Global Dub Festival. He headlined a show at Red Rocks in 2014, and the year before that he played Global Dub Festival with Excision. He always draws a large crowd to his shows in the bass capitol, with his last appearance in town being in December at Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom with Doctor P and others on the Circus Three tour.

Illenium, initially from San Francisco, now currently resides in Denver. In fact, his inspiration to release his first music came in 2012 after seeing a Bassnectar performance at Red Rocks. He has been on the rise since, and between playing Rowdytown, to his surprise appearance on NGHTMRE and Slander’s Gud Vibrations tour, to now joining Flux Pavilion to headline Global Dub Festival, he’s certainly a Colorado favorite.
