Life is Beautiful 2016

Life is Beautiful 2016

One of my favorite festivals is nearly here, actually there’s still over two months to go, but my excitement won’t let me stop thinking about it. Life is Beautiful, which takes place in Las Vegas on the weekend of September 23-25, is a celebration which unites people who love music, art, food and ideas. The variety of music is my favorite part. LIB includes edm, rap, alternative rock, indie rock, our favorite 90’s bands, reggae, jazz, and up and coming artist that just hit the music scene. This festival also brings together different types of non-musical artist from across the planet, to do live demos and auction off their work for charity. And when I said Life is Beautiful brings together ideas, I meant it. You can expect Ted Talks type of seminars from thinkers, doers and talkers from a variety of backgrounds and industries to inspire and enlighten as they use this festival as a platform to share their personal message. Last years speakers included actress Rosario Dawson and scientist and TV personality Bill Nye. Science Rules. And I can’t forget the most important part besides the music, the food! Culinary villages offer tastes from local chefs and sips of specialty cocktails and spirits. What would any experience in Las Vegas be without great food and drink playing a complementary role? The location of Life is Beautiful is in the heart of the newly newly renovated downtown Las Vegas and the timing of the festival allows for perfect weather conditions as the hot summer heat will be long gone. I’ve decided to outline this spectacular lineup which includes the top artists and their top song that you might know them by. This will take you down memory lane for some artist, and also will help you recognize the bands you thought you didn’t know, but have definitely heard their music before. You’re welcome.
