Customers in New Zealand and Australia who were quick to pre-order the highly anticipated new MacBook Air models are in for a treat as they are now receiving their devices on Friday, March 8.
The updated MacBook Air models come equipped with the powerful M3 chip, which had previously been introduced in the MacBook Pro. Despite no external changes to the design, Apple has focused on internal updates to greatly enhance performance.
The M3 chip boasts up to 30 percent faster CPU performance along with significant GPU improvements. Additionally, the new MacBook Air models now support two external displays, Wi-Fi 6E, enhanced voice clarity, and a new anodization seal to minimize fingerprints.
Excited customers in Australia can easily walk into Apple retail stores and purchase the new MacBook Air models as there is plenty of stock available. On the other hand, customers in New Zealand can conveniently place their orders online since Apple does not operate any physical stores in the country.
Following the launch in New Zealand and Australia, sales and deliveries of the new MacBook Air models will soon commence in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Stay tuned for a detailed hands-on review of the M3 MacBook Air model once we get our hands on one of the devices.
