Nvidia Announces Ray Tracing Support for Diablo 4
Nvidia has recently announced that Diablo 4 will be receiving ray tracing support on March 26th, enhancing the game’s visuals with lifelike lighting, reflections, and shadows. The addition of ray traced reflections will improve the appearance of armor and water in the game, making it even more visually stunning for players.
In addition to ray tracing, Nvidia’s DLSS 3 supersampling technology will be exclusive to GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards in Diablo 4. While specific performance details have not been revealed, Nvidia has showcased improved frame rates when ray tracing and DLSS 3 are enabled, promising a smoother and more immersive gaming experience for players.
Diablo 4 was initially released last June and has been a successful game for Blizzard. Following its launch, Blizzard announced the first post-launch expansion for Diablo 4, titled Vessel of Hatred, which is set to be released in late 2024, offering even more content for fans to enjoy.
With the upcoming ray tracing update and exclusive DLSS 3 support, Diablo 4 is poised to offer an even more visually stunning and immersive gaming experience for players. Stay tuned for the release of these exciting updates on March 26th.
