Real Housewives of Orange County Star Shannon Beador Arrested for DUI and Hit-and-Run
Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador found herself in a troubling situation over the weekend when she was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run after crashing her car into a house in Newport Beach, LA.
Eyewitnesses reported that Beador drove her car onto a residential property and clipped the house before inexplicably continuing to drive. She eventually parked her car in the middle of the street, causing a major obstruction.
Police were soon called to the scene, where they found Beador seemingly intoxicated. In a bizarre turn of events, she even acted as if she was merely taking a leisurely walk. However, the police officers quickly discerned her true state and took her into custody.
As part of the investigation into the damage, authorities seized Beador’s car. She was subsequently booked for hit-and-run and DUI alcohol. Despite the seriousness of the charges, she was surprisingly cited and released without needing to post bail.
In response to the incident, Beador’s lawyer released a statement noting her remorse and willingness to take full responsibility for her actions. It remains to be seen how the legal proceedings will unfold in the coming weeks.
This latest incident follows a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County in which Beador faced criticism from cast member Gina Kirschenheiter. The confrontation arose when Beador continuously referred to Kirschenheiter’s four-year-old DUI arrest and made false claims about Child Protective Services becoming involved.
Moreover, Beador’s personal life has also been marred by difficulties. Her relationship with John Janssen ended last November, shortly after the filming of RHOC Season 17 wrapped up.
Beador shares three daughters with her ex-husband, David Beador, and her recent arrest undoubtedly raises concerns about the impact it may have on their lives.
As her legal journey unfolds, many are left hoping that Shannon Beador can turn her life around and find the redemption and support she needs to move forward from this regrettable incident.
