Apple’s 35th Annual WWDC Set for June 10-14
Apple recently announced that the highly anticipated 35th annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) will be held from June 10 to June 14, with the keynote event taking place on June 10 at the Apple Park campus in Cupertino, California.
This year, the remaining events of WWDC 2024 will be held online and will be free for developers to attend. Expectations are high for the keynote event, with Apple likely to provide details on their work in AI, updates on iOS 18, iPadOS 18, tvOS 18, macOS 15, watchOS 11, and visionOS 2.
In addition to software updates, there is speculation that Apple may also announce new hardware, such as updates to the Mac Mini featuring an M3-based processor. Rumors suggest that iOS 18 could see integration of Google’s Gemini AI with Siri and iPhone apps, as well as offer RCS support in the Messages app and allow users to customize the home screen grid.
The keynote event will be available for viewing on the Apple Developer app, the Apple website, and YouTube. Additionally, 50 winners of the Swift Student Challenge will be invited to attend the event in person.
For tech enthusiasts and developers alike, WWDC promises to be an exciting event full of new announcements and updates from Apple. Stay tuned for more information as the conference approaches.
